Lotus exige: quite frankly - they aren't that expensive compared to new cars - $35-35K gets you a used one!

a classic I've always loved! VW bus

OK I will play along here mine would be a little strange . First off I LOVE motorcycles so it would have a lot of bikes in it here is a start of the list

I need a track bike of course so I need two

Welding Machine and associated metal working tools
Floor Drains
Just about every tool one would need to fix a car, boat, bike, tractor. Plus pneumatics.
Stainless toolboxes with roller bearing drawers.
Stereo system
TV
Wet Bar
Couch
Small bathroom w/shower
Gantry crane that spans the entire garage 4ton
200lb floor mounted vice
exhaust system to run engines without opening the door
Disco ball

And it would be next to my house somewhere other than Houston, TX, preferably North of interstate 70.
