Thank you guys you just made me appreciate California more than ever. Didn't realize some other states were so behind in traffic laws.
Behind? If it was going to be legal in the other states I would imagine it would have already happened. Cali is the only state that it has been legal in for years. I dont see the other 49 changing anytime soon.
Hopefully SC will adopt the helment law. They are trying to get ride of bike week after the last event. If they want it gone for good all then need to do is adobt the helment law.
