Plate LED Light question

Hi,

I have problems connection a bolt LED .. do i need a new one as you can see in the picture..
the wire is disconnected from the LED itself

What is that? Is that something you use in lieu of a license plate screw? I can't figure it out.

Unless you have the ability to micro-solder, it looks like you may have to replace it.

It's a bolt LED, the thread goes behind the fender and the LED lights the plate up
