One thing I did notice when watching the race & your pics,the crowd looked pretty thin.Some of the stands looked empty.

You gotta remember, the grandstands are built for oval track racing. The capacity of the stadium (infield not included) is well over 250,000.

I think the official attendance was about 75,000... that isn't great, but not really empty either.

BTW, Jason - the stunt rider - is he the "ghost rider"?

Yeah but that was looking towards the infield side of the track. The stands behind me were completely packed. I'll see if I can find some crowd pics.
