But I am going to be realistic about what America is. We are a capitalist country and in order to be in a capitalist society, in a world with finite resources, somebody has to lose (i.e. someone has to be exploited).

so when you buy groceries who loses? you or the grocery store owner? how about when you go to buy a movie ticket? is it you or all the people who are employed there? saying that capitalism mean someone has to be exploited is quite a jump. do people get exploited? yes. but do they get exploited in socialism... communism... etc.? yes. and some of those systems way more than others. the problem isn't the system of capitalism... it's people who are doing the exploiting.

I don't want to get too deep in here, but I would like to add my 10 cents

5 cents for saying that probably 50% of the chopper is made in China component.
5 cents for saying that with all the $ we borrow from China... let's try not to piss em off.

At the end of the day, if they really want to know or find out about something, they will. But until then, I feel like we need them more than they need us...

At the end of the day, if they really want to know or find out about something, they will. But until then, I feel like we need them more than they need us...
