Official 2011 WSBK Thread....

Wooohooo WSBK

Shame im not going to PI this year. Its not even here just yet, but kids wreck life as you know it :spank:

Nah, joking, I can't friggin wait!

Will be interesting to see how Melandri goes? I hope he does well, cause the boy can ride.

But in reality, i reckon Mad Max is a very good chance for back to back Championships...that Aprillia is one fast fast bike!

And BMW really have to start getting some results this season...the pressure is on them bigtime IMHO.

Then there is the brand new Krapasaki, with a less than 100% Vermeulen back in the fold....

Josh Waters to race at PI in the 1st round of WSBK

Just watch this boy shine at WSBK Phillip Island with hometown support & local knowledge Viking Australian Superbike Championships

He will show the world how good he is

Yeah Josh will be riding the Yoshimura Suziki. Another wildcard is West Aussie boy Bryan Staring on a Pedercini Kwakasaki. I hope they both shine

Our late friend, Chad Peters from The Honda Shop in Midland, was a big supporter of Bryan when he was starting out.

Because of that, we've always followed his career.

RIP big guy.......

3 guys id love to see win it, well 4 but he blew his best chance in 2009 & don't think he can cut it anymore.

Im cheering for the V Man (on the new improved Krapa), Laverty & Haslam

I think everyone wants to see the V man do well....Mikey and i saw his accident at PI last year, it was not pretty!

Let's hope the new Kwaka is up to the gig too! Would be more than a small surprise if t is up to the task...

Here's a link to the full entry list for 2011.

Cant wait to see Waters have a crack at PI. We know Phil Tainton will provide him with a great bike

I really hope Team Green can give Chris a decent bike this year. He will be at the front provided he has competitive machinery. Just hope his body is up to the task.

Corser & Haslam did a bit of testing at EC last week. Word on the street is Corser got into the 1:29s  Thats fast!!!!!!!!!!!

That Krapasaki won the Macau GP by some margin. Broke the lap record by 2 seconds or summat. Sykes ran well on last years bike but this new one is a bit special.

Max will be up there - he won me money last year and I'm tempted to bet on him again but then Haga on the Aprilia will be something to watch.

Add to my earlier post.

Troy Corser rides EC
