I believe that the legalization of drugs is the best way to this.

I do not use drugs or alcohol. In the past I used drugs and alcohol to excess. I just never got caught. Just that simple.

There is no reason to continue a war on drugs that has obviously failed. It is only a money scheme now. Property seisure, huge amounts of cash siezed, familys destroyed, communities destroyed, it serves no purpose.

There is just no legitimate reason to take a man or woman to jail for having a 1/4 oz of pot and some rolling papers. It just is flat out stupid.

I couldn't agree with you more. I've used alcohol to excess a few times, but never any other drugs other than tobacco though.

EVERYONE AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMES YOU TO BE A STONER WHEN YOU MAKE THIS ARGUMENT!!! I'm of a similar opinion, and every time it comes up you get that look... I'm strongly against the policies that are in place, but if/when I get my cop job I have to enforce them...
