Hi everyone, new to the forum here, I ride a 2000 RC-51 and have owned a few other sportbikes, I started on a 89 CBR 600, then had a 97 katana 600, a 2000 gsxr600, a 2001 R1, and now the RC. I love riding and put over 20k on my bike(s) a year. I am looking into buying a FZ6 or an FZ1, mainly for me to commute to and from work on since I am putting too many miles on my RC and the tires are getting expensive. Looking for something with the touring aspect, and also something my girlfriend can ride. She had ridden dirt, is tired of riding on the back. I am a little hesitant putting her on an inline 4, but she is pretty controlled and I think in the end I will probly ride it more than she will so I don't want a 250 or 500. Glad to be here and hope to learn a lot about the FZ's before I decide on purchasing one.
