New Jersey Earthquake

Gary, did you (or anyone else) feel the effects of this morning's quake?

The epicenter of that earthquake was just 8 miles from my home. It sounded like a freight train and it rattled the house pretty good. I'd say it lasted somewhere between 20-30 seconds. I was on a zoom call at the time and my co-worker 80 miles away on Long Island felt it as well.

A 4.8 mag earthquake is very rare for this part of the world...people will be talking about it for a while.

I grew up in Jersey and can confirm There aren't earthquakes there. This is really different.
