Was this the K1200S? If so, it's like playing with an R1 or the ZX10 and Gixer 1000. What with it having 167hp I would wonder what happened if it didn't leave you..... Nice, but pricey none the less.

Very true, I was only looking at the performance side of what it does such as when it was pulling away from Nelly.

Last time i was at a track day some poor bloke on a BM went over .... took a corner a little too low ... that was with those expensive frame sliders.

He got hurt, bike was .... very broken.

Yup .... "lack of lean angle" was mentioned here too.

Funny thing is this: a friend has an older boxer, around 2003, 1150 cc motor. Done up race style with pipes etc ....

Double the engine size, double the price, yet same performance(?) my stock standard fazer equals his top end (+- 240km/h - clock speed) and takes him on acceleration .... i have the revs ...

So no, i would never want one.
