Need help! How to put on/streach mirror rubber boots in place?

Thanks guys! That was a perfect photo of what I was looking for. My Dealer was suppose to call me back yesterday about it, but I'll have to call them when they open today and see if they can order me some new boots. Thanks Everybody!
