Any suggestions on the best alarm system to get I don't want to run down stairs every time a truck goes buy But if some one touches my ride I am on them ? your help is always appreciated.

I have both, the Zena disc alarm lock and Scorpio i500 (earlier model of i900). The Zena is extremely heavy (well, by my standards) and is bulky/heavey to carry around, say, in a pocket. The Scorpio, although limited two-way range (forget about 1/2 mile range touted by company!) is useful (kinda expensive though). I installed mine myself and I use it everyday. There was a similar system on ebay the other week for under $100! (but was taken down).

I installed the i600. It's remote lets you know when a tilt, shock, perimeter, and ignition sensor is tripped. Also has a anti-hijack feature.

There are other alarms out there, depends on what you want to pay and what features you want.

The install for the scorpio alarms is quite easy.
