I was going to order a fender eliminater kit for my bike, then I thought if I'm going to replace the fender why not cut it up and see how it looks. I used a coping saw and just cut around the profile of the fender.

Results? How did it turn out?

Then I took the license plate bracket off and flipped it over to make the license plate higher. I then took off the side reflecters to clean up the side view and mounted them on the lower fender.

looks good to me. a buddy of mine did that with his R6 . then he got to cool and made a swing arm bracket
