Hi guys, the issue is fixed, this is just for your information...

the winter in belgium has been very warm and wet.
The bike was stored in de garage during 2 months of rain.

when I found one dry day (on december the 29th 13°C) I was going for a ride.

I started the bike with no problem (thanks to the battery tender)
After 1 minute of warmup idling the bike went dead. I restarted the bike and after 2 seconds it went dead again.
When applying a little bit of throttle on idle, the bike was running fine.

First thing that popped in my mind was a dirty spark plug, or the TPS gone bad.

The bike was sitting on a very moist area in my garage, so I thought it would be the TPS.

I took the screwdriver and increased the idle RPM to 1600RPM.

Boom problem solved.

I took it for a ride and the bike was flawless.
At the end of the ride I lowered the RPM back to normal.

The next day I started up the bike again and it was OK :)

2004 FZ6 / 40.000km with no problems so far. (fingers crossed for another 40.000km's)
