Do they come with a cat delete pipe or just the mid-pipe, or are they the sameIf no cat-del pipe will ot hurt HP. gain?

If you do a Cat-delete pipe you will need to retune your bike, and if not you will probally lose HP over stock or only gain a little amount. With a slip on system you will get better sound, not as much HP, but wont need to reprogram.
