LV exhaust with givi v35

Hi guys, as titled, I'm intending to change my exhaust and add on side box to my fz6.

But my local givi dealer told me online that the aftermarket exhaust might interfere with the rack as its design with the stock pipe in mind.

Can anyone confirm that there won't be any issue for LV exhaust to go with the side rack?

I have the sw motech top rack and will be using givi plx 360 side rack.

not quite the same.. that's a top rack? my top rack is from sw and i will be adding givi side rack to it though.

Got full Givi rack wanted to change but was told non exhaust would fit but standard exhaust sounds like angry wasp!! so thought if does not fit would mod something so got oval Akaprovoic cans and they fitted staight on no mods needed and sound awsome.. Got the can for £250 oft ebay :rockon::rockon:
