CHECK THE ELECTRICAL 53 AND 1/2 TIMES!!! My friends wall started on fire from the inside because some wires must have shorted or something... Call me crazy, but isn't there a rule against selling someone a self igniting house? LoL

move to Gods Country and buy my house..its only been on the market since June 08 ...getting desperate now..lol
Here's something that may help you avoid an energy inefficient home.
Just ask the prior owner to see last years Electric and/or Gas bills.

- Be choosy when selecting them, based on good references/experience
- Don't go cheap on the second and third; their fees are nothing compared to a house
- Don't be afraid to call in specialists to help (e.g. if the home has a fireplace, get a chimney inspector as well - saved me a lot of headaches and $)
- Don't be afraid to replace them if they're not performing well
As far as the bartender goes, that's more personal preference, but you're probably going to be needing their services through this as well.

I live in Groton now, close to work but I wouldn't mind driving to work, I figure a half hour is around the cut-off. That opens up alot of places to search, but the ocean, being where it is and being all big and stuff, cuts the area in half haha. I'll send you a PM to get some info, I appreciate it.
