FZ6 factory mirrors, as is the case with the ergonomics of so many brilliant and wonderful Japanese vehicles, are not fitted for we the less evolved barbarians.
As is the way of my peoples i bound some sticks and rocks together with vines to create the following contrivance and grunted with satisfaction, for it was good.
Images show work in progress. Happy enough with mock-up to make this post. I admit it’s crude, but it’s simple and i can see more than just the reflection of my shoulders. Bracket adapts generic long arm CBR / Ninja mirrors currently available on ebay/ali for about $20usd. (search “long stem mirrors CBR”) . Hole spacings and enough vertical offset for mirror fasteners are only critical dimensions. Make yours your own.
