it will be a little bit tough to get someone into a 2002 machine when you're up against newer machines at similar prices.

Wow, I buy/sell/trade bikes all the time and I must have missed those "newer machines" in the 4500.00 - 5000.00 range that you speak of ??????? I only buy perfect or very very near perfect bikes, usualy not a mark on them, that's how I like my stuff !
But, if they are out there, and you can find one and buy it,,,,I won't lose any sleep keeping this mint 2002 with 12,000 miles in the garage, no problem. 2002 with, original PERFECT shape plastic, seat looks like it's never even been sat on, rims are perfect.....I've seen what's out there that people are asking $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 for, mine's priced right and it'll bring the full asking price, guaranteed !
