I live in New Jersey. We have few nice roads to ride, but they're not that long and passing is not permitted most of time.
Some good and maybe less crowded roads down south in NC/TN, and some ok roads up north of us like NY, VT etc.
But nothing can be compared to roads and moto culture in Alps and Pyrenees. These are the best in the World.
