Anyone who said no obviously has not seen the movie. Go see the movie then see if the car isnt the greatest movie car ever. Better even than the General Lee! It would be fun to drive, AMC cars were actually very advanced for their time.

AMC Javelin/ AMC AMX (similar cars) came with 390's

It's a Falcon, not an AMC.

The closest thing to it in the US is the Ford Torino, which was larger and slightly different looking, but could be made to look much like the Interceptor.

This guy had all that power and didn't even light em' up once.

Its an Aussie Ford Falcon Coupe.

They raced these in our Touring Car Championship in the 70's. To me they look better as a road car/race car than with all that wanked up crap for the movie.
