Is Powerlet still in business?

I ordered (or tried to order) a male auxiliary plug (BMW style) from Powerlet ( https://www.powerlet.com/products ) .

My transaction went thru, paid thru PP, 5 days ago. I did receive an order # but nothing else yet.
Phones go straight to voice mail, no calls returned.

Google / AI states their still in business.

If anyone knows, please advise so I can cancel my PP payment and look elsewhere..

It doesn't look too good. Their last post to the facebook page (in 2019) talked about re-aquisition of the company, but zero posts since then.
They do however, list a 'hotline' number which does not seem to appear elsewhere. It might be worth a try, 586-932-6886.

I sent messages on their site, no phone pick up, left messages to call.

They were quick to confirm and take my order!
So much for AI posted their still in business...

Contacted Pay Pal, cancelled the transaction, already have $ back.

Ordered from " Warm and Safe" as soon as I got off the phone with PP.
It's ordered, got a tracking # and about $4.00 cheaper shipped!!

Soooo, buyers beware. If I hear from Powerlet, I'll post back...

Well, I got ahold of Pay Pal, told them about the issue (couldn't reach them, no response, etc) so Pay Pal
reimbursed me that payment...

I then ordered one from Warm and Safe (which shipped quickly, great communication, etc) $4.00 cheaper!.

I got BOTH the same day, Pay Pal paid W&S as requested.

I still have the credit for the Powerlet one (free at this point)!

So, right now, I have a free spare...



**And, DO NOT buy the E Bay Chinese equivalent, they are absolute JUNK..
