That is a huge, wordy ad, IMHO. I don't mind reading informative, well-written posts, but your marketing background really does come through. I understand that it's important to get the reader interested in what you're selling, but for something like an on-line ad, hmmm, that feels a bit much.
If it were me, I'd opt for short (not Norm short, but that's funny, too) with a few key details and maybe a link to a review. I'd note any damage up front.
I'd never put my own phone number in an ad, but I always state that in order to get a response, folks need to include their phone number.
It really does suck that more folks just can't be a little nicer.
