so what is the extra "junk" and if it is infact "junk" then i dont need it.

Like I said, it's emissions stuff, but you'll only find it on California model bikes

I'm pretty sure the only difference with the C is the extra paperwork saying you can't modify the exhaust. And a sticker that says it meets California emmisions laws.
