installing rear wheel, hub balance?

My hub bearing went out a couple of weeks ago. Made a clicking and clacking noise that kind of went with the chain noise as the chain was dirty. Swapped it out and all is good. When re-assenbling and installing the rear wheel was careful to make sure everything went back together properly. My bike has 33,000 miles on it so that may have been part of the problem. The bearing made a fair bit of noise on the bike when everything was torqued down but made very little when spinning just the hub.

Did you have any sprocket wobbling and if so, did it correct it?

No wobbling that I could see, I didn't check it with my dial indicator. Recently I checked the wheel alignment using the string method and it was out about an inch!!!!! :-O

I should have checked it earlier but was measuring the distance from the front of the blocks to the swingarm (Have a 2007 swingarm). Another note to NOT use the marks for alignment. Spent some time today cleaning up the old bearing and looking for damage - seems very smooth with everything washed out - may have been trash in the grease but being sealed there was no way to clean and re-grease. Maybe could have poped off the dust shield and cleaned and greased.
