If it were me I would try the coils. the impedance is higher and so should not impose a higher load on switching transistors in the ECU.

I have a question,
Our ignition coil has waste spark system? Meaning ignition coil 1 sparks both cyl 1 and 4 .
Now if thats the case then i can switch both sparkplug leads of cyl 1 to cyl 4 and vice versa
Sorry if i have a lot of questions i just want to learn more about this bike.
