Here is another secret.

If you buy ziplock freezer bags, and buy ground chuck in bulk it will save you money.
If you cut the chuck in 3/4-1lb pieces place them in the ziplocks, and then press them very flat to take up the room in the ziplock it will cook quickly and stack well in the fridge.
