I can't sleep.

I'm glad you went to your doc, and very glad that you got some rest. (Just stay away from the RED button!!!)

Ambien will knock you aout but leave you feeling alert when yo wake up. amazing stuff.

Or you could smoke a little wacky.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but new studies show that light plays a big role in our internal clocks. Spend the 2-3 hours before bedtime in as dark and calm a setting as you can. Avoid TV, computer and other bright screens... If you have to be at a screen, try sunglasses. Sounds silly, but it's proven to help adjust inner clocks even quickly to sever jet lag. As soon as you wake up for the day, try to stay in as bright a setting as possible. Avoid sunglasses if you can for the first 6 hours. hope this helps.

Good luck!

I got one word for you

AMBIEN

Trust me, you'll love the great nights rest and waking up feeling outstanding. You must allow for 8 full hours of sleep so hit the bed early they night you take it.

Doesn't sound silly at all.

If the anxiety is an issue, talk to your doctor about taking some Valerian root.. it is supposed to help with that.. and should help you sleep as well.

Good luck. I have no trouble falling asleep it is staying awake that is my problem.
