i tried to clean and polish the header today

after 1 hour of cleaning session i found out the marks or spots on the header

it seem to be on the header i try polishing it and it is still there

anyone got any solution for it

except sanding it away ?

With that avitar you should NOT be posting about polishing headers!

But seriously, I have seen posts here about products that clean up the headers nicely, so try doing a search and see what comes back. (No pun intended.)

Find a product called "Solvol Autosol" (It comes in a "toothpaste" tube). Use #0000 super fine stainless steel wool to apply it and polish the header pipes. Clean it off with a clean cotton cloth and they'll shine like new.
It takes a bit of effort, but it's well worth while.

uh, I've got about 300km on my bike, but its already far from shiny like the pic,
what if I clean them with a suggested polish, won't it look crappy after a long ride again??

Walk into any harley shop and ask for chrome polish .... that should do the trick.
