Help!! tyre pressure

What should my tyre pressure be for normal day to day riding? Ive a fazer 600, currently with continental road attack tyres on.

The manual says 33F/36R for under 200 pound load. 36F/42R for over 200 pound load. For high speed riding 33/36 regardless of weight.

Brilliant, thanks I thought that, and the guy I bought it from said that too, but i´ve had loads of conflicting advice too, even a biker mate came up tonight and LET DOWN my back to 33 and left the front at 36
