Help? Stuff is leaking!!

I have no idea what this stuff is. I am not mechanically inclined. Is this clutch fluid? Oil? Help! This is my only means of transport and I am broke.

I do not ever see anything on the ground where I park it but I will smell it sometimes after a 30 miles run or so at high RPM's. Here are some pictures that those of you who know about this stuff might be able to lend me a hand.





Any help would be great.

Check under your front sprocket cover for built up chain lube / gunk. Although yours looks like a lot of it, might just be from build up on the sprocket.
