Hotlanta!!! I lived for 2 years in Stockbridge... freaking summer are brutal there! Not much better in West Palm... but I can always cool my butt in the ocean! :BLAA:

We had a couple days in the mid to high 90's recently and riding home from work was brutal. Got home and was dripping sweat.

Not here in Oregon. Mid 60's to upper 70's for us. We have had a few days at 80 but mostly cool and rain, rain, rain. It's good when there is a dry day to ride. Perfect temperatures. :spank: I feel for all you cooking in the heat. Stay cool.

41*C would be a cool summers day in Oz!

We're used to 90's during mid summer and low 100's occasionally but the 100's normally don't come around until August

we hit 108 the day before yesterday

going down the highway on the FZ, the coolant temp was running 212 if i was within 150 feet behind someone, it would drop to 199 if i wasn't

I've been running water wetter and so far it seems to have dropped my average running temps by about 10*

yea when it is that hot.. i dont ride.. it sucks, but heat just blows and it makes for such a crappy rise when its that hot. same as when its really cold.. i like to focus on the ride, not on sweat or freezing...

I still ride in the heat but I'll take a different route home from work so that I can avoid traffic and try to stay moving as much as possible. With mesh on as long as I'm moving I'm fine

My car was parked in a deck, in the shade all day yesterday. When I got in it and turned on the key, the thermometer, which is surprisingly accurate in this car, said this:

I decided the 'F' must stand for something else. We normally see triple digits only in August, if then. Today is supposed to be hotter.

Only going to get to 93 here.

I'm waiting for my riding buddies to show up and we'll be cruising what we call the hill towns. Hill Towns = twisty roads, few humans and lots of shady pines.

Don't forget to bring the H2O.

Not in NorCal/east bay. Heat really hasnt been a factor. We typically have progressive days in triple digits. This year and last year were and are quite cool. So far this year we may have had a couple days with triple digits. Real weird. In the winter we have also had quite a few 70 degree days. I probably just jinxed myself. But I guess that's why we have mesh.?.?. On the other hand it's been windy more than usual.

i rode yesterday to work at about 5:15 pm down the highway four miles. it felt like a million ovens opening in my face. just woosh after woosh of unbreathbly hot air ive never experienced heat like that. i took the cage today.

I thought about getting a picture of it but decided to not be that person I hate while driving my truck today. But I just pulled out of the drive through of Martins (best biscuits in the WORLD) at around 11:00 picking up the best hangover food in the world, sausage gravy biscuit, and I looked up at my rear view and noticed the thermo said 111 at F'N 11AM!!!! That's F'N HOT I dont care who you are it where you are!!! Hell I couldn't even get a buzz on at the pool today because I was sweating it out as fast as I was pouring it in, that's hot!
