Having Fun with Video Edit....

Hello, there.
Here is the video which Me and My Bike is in the action... ha ha ha
Tried to have some different scenes for my riding video, not that easy for the first time.
It may improve, hopely.

The first few transitions were those BLINK type transitions and I think they are very harsh. You then changed to the fade transitions, which are much better IMO.

I like the idea of leaving the camera operating at the side of the road. It makes motorcycling so much more exciting when you are wondering if the camera will still be there when you get back ;Ø). Really nice clip going round those bends though.

You will find then when you add music it makes a massive difference. It does not have to be heavy metal music either. Try classical, it goes great with the flowing movement of the bike and does not do your head in when you are watching it.

What editing programme and camera are you using?

Nice work, Web. I particularly liked the scenes where you left the camera on the tripod and rode past it. Nice and solid, no jerking around...... but you do seem to have a headlight out! <jk>

I make in mind your tips for the next... music is the hardest part for me.. ha ha ha

I used Corel Video Studio 12 which I bought throug the internet (on sale price).
Before I buy, I downloaded trial version and used; found very nice for my purposes.
As my computer has some old spec. and couldn't handle MP4 files for editing well.
However, this VS12 works pretty charm, no problem with my old computer while I am editing and saving to other formats.

Camera: Sanyo Xacti VPC CA9 (water proof version) >> Today, it was rain and got some rainy day riding clips.
>> in couple of days I may try to another video editing trial.. ha ha ha
