Light output is actually better than stock, from my experience.

I prefer the look of the naked bike. I also am tired of the wind hitting my head and causing more noise and movement. I have ridden with no windscreen and preferred it with the exception of the looks.

Erci- Did you purchase this kit or did you piece together your own?

I had to piece together my own, but the parts are identical. The place I got the kit from no longer sells the brackets..

That's the exact stuff I have.. as you can see it's the same as the stuff in the eBay ad (eBay brackets are drilled out on sides, but it's made by same company.. they had drilled and non-drilled options)

I have a somewhat similar kit on my bike now with a small windscreen that I am getting rid of (switching to a different kit) -- would sell it to you for about half what the eBay kit will cost.
