So I'm riding on Bouquet Canyon Rd the other day stuck behind a minivan and all of the sudden a crew of about 6 bikes give or take a few come upon on me and pass me and the van at a high rate of speed and I notice that 3 or 4 of the bikes are track bikes, and by that I mean they have been converted from street bikes to track bikes no headlights, tail lights, or signals! It was hard to tell but I think some even had slicks on as well and they were bookin!! Has anyone seen them? Does anyone know what the penalty is if you get caught by the cops riding a bike like this on the street? One day they WILL scrape these guys off the front of a car, these guys were passing on a trun over the double yellow!!
