The only thing I want is to smoke really really really really bad. The worst is almost over. All nicotine is out of the system after 72 hours. Its been 56 hours so its getting to the point where the crazy addiction is working overtime to try and keep what it wants. Its funny I go from AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!! to No biggy in just a few minutes.

I put on a new Avon Storm ST rear yesterday. I couldnt take it out and test it as I had Trin. Today. The weather says Definite thundershowers. I think I will take it out for a bit anyway.

Congrats and good luck on the non-smoking....3 years without a cigarette myself and I still get cravings from time to time. Just hang in there it does get a lot easier eventually.
