Hey guys, just saw that someone is selling a power commander 3 for 150$ in my area, thing is his bike was a gsxr. My question is could I use it on my fizzer?

No the model for the FZ6 is the 410-411.
The one for the GSXR is 342-411. I would suspect the inter-connectors would be different between the brands of bikes and ofcourse the engine is different requiring different fuel management.

No. You need the model that is specific to the FZ - check out the power commander website - model numbers are listed there
