Well, the ICC Champions league T20 cricket championships are on right now...and lil ol unfashionable South Australia is "kicking butt", against much more highly rated opposition... 3 games, 3 wins, and 2 pretty decent "Scalps" amongst those 3 wins! The Mumbai Indians & the Royal Challengers...both teams full of extremely highly paid "T20 professionals"!!!

A SA player top's the runs list so far in the championships, and a SA player tops the wicket list!

And just to cap it off, SA is the first side in the competition to qualify for the Semi Finals...guarranteeing the SA boys at least $500000 in prize money...
all this, without any highly paid "imports" in the South Aussie side!

Go you SA redbacks, you good thing, you!

Last nights game was the first one i have missed....and the SA boys got rolled...Bugger!

Still, for a bunch of guys who went into the tournament with very little hope of doing well, they exceeded their own, and most other observers expectations by a fair way...

I think its safe to say, that lacking your support they just couldn't make it.

Yeah, i actually have not seen hardly any cricket lately, except the Aussie's getting beaten by the Indians!
