Givi - SW-Motech Rack Compatibility

Does anyone know if you can use the Givi PLX-style tubular side racks with the SW-Motech Alu-rack luggage rack? Thanks!

I can't really tell from the pics, but it looks to me like they might interfere with each other. On the bright side, at least with the S2 you can use the Givi PLX racks without requiring the Givi topcase rack.

Motech does make PLX racks that'll fit though. Only $80 more by the time you buy the adapter kit so you don't need the Givi top rack... I'd much rather have the Motech version.
