Givi rack with Mivv slip on exhaust

Hi,

I have an FZ6 2006 with this exhaust: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgrYRTLxJ6E (Mivv oval carbon).

I am wondering if it is possible to fit a complete givi rack with the Mivv slip on (Givi FZ351 and PLX351/PL351). Does anyone have this exhaust with the givi rack?
