Givi + Helmet question

So I'm looking at buying some luggage, probably just a set of e21s to start off with. Not sure on SW-Motech or Givi mounting yet, but I was wondering about the way I currently do things. See, I use my stock helmet lock quite a bit, and was wondering if it was at all possible to use this with the e21s (or e36 if I decide I want a second set for long tours). If you have any suggestions for something better I'm all ears as well.

Not familiar with the helmet lock (have an 06), but depending on the shell size of your lid it will fit in the e36. Ive got an e36 and use it as a top case. My medium scorpion exo 700 fits fine with room to spare.

Hmm, I've got both the E21's and E360's for side cases. I have the Givi rack, since I figured I'd be keeping the E21's on 90% of the time for my daily commuting, I'd save the ~$200 by not going with the SW-Motech.

I'd test fit them with the helmet lock, but I took the racks off for my track day this past Monday. But here's plenty of pics of my bike with the cases, looks like the stock helmet lock will still work.

I'm also considering a set of E21's with the Givi PL360 mounts (for a 2007 FZ6). I like the fact that I can optionally add other, larger cases if I decide I want to take longer trips. While none of this is earth-shattering news, at least if others also express their intentions maybe we can set up a group buy?
