Gas Tank vibration

Here is an interesting one! I noticed after a top off; while I'm riding, my gas tank starts to vibrate intermittently. I can feel it on my legs as I sit very forward to the tank. It only happens after fill-ups and will not happen until the next fuel up. My guess is maybe air through the fuel pump?

Any thoughts?

Are all three mounting bolts tight (two at the front, one at the rear)? Are the rubber isolators failed/cracked/hard/not there?

I would not suspect the fuel pump, I would suspect something that is out of balance or over weight when the tank is full.
