Gas Mileage

Alright, kinda stumped here so bear with me... I recently put a power commander 3 on my bike and I have been through a few tanks of gas now and I am noticing that the fuel mileage has dropped off considerably. It has dropped from 40-42 to 26-27 mpg... and before you all say it it is NOT my driving habits 25 miles each way to work on the highway real easy riding. I put the power commander on my stock 08 with 4300 miles on it, just seems really odd that their is that much of a drop off. Alright guys need your help... Oh the commander also has the STOCK map on it. Let me know what you think, thanks guys.


AND YES I DO SEE THE TYPO IN THE TITLE "MILEAGE" ITS ALMOST 1 AM HERE AND ITS BEEN A LONG DAY.

What typo? Unfortunately that's the only thing I can help with here, good luck troubleshooting :thumbup:

The first thing that comes to mind in situations like this is to unplug the battery for a few minutes and then plug it back in to let the ECU relearn itself. It may not be the fix but it can't hurt. Let us know if you figure it out.
