Fzr 600 troubleshooting sorry not a fz6

The pickup coil is on the left side of the fzr, it’s the little sensor that picks up on the flywheel right? This is a pic a little corrosion, is it too much for it to work though

Bolded above is true (see below pic) . Yamaha apparently had it there, in the same loom as the charging system, (opposite side of the newer FZ's). It's not labeled separately, but there's apparently nothing on the other side and does look like a PU sensor..

So your right side fall over shouldn't have affected it.

Make sure the magnets are secure on the flywheel...Clean any debris off the pickup coil.
