FZ8......Why?

800cc v-twin, now you're talking. In fact they already have the engine. The 900cc twin in their TDM900 is such a pearler of a motor (the rest is a soft lounge-chair!). If it had that motor in it, I'd sell my 3 month old FZ6 for one in a heartbeat.

I agree that I don't think this will sell well (in Aus).

I totally agree with you. This now leaves a huge hole in the market (in this particular niche) and too, I'm sure the insurance is much higher on the 800. Why indeed?
(If it ain't broke don't fix it - especially in these hard economic times!)
