Need Help Fz6 unknown rattle

Just bought my fz6 2006 and it has a rattel(tick) and when it gets hotter it is even more noticeable. It ticks especially when on idle(revs dont increase the tick) and in low speeds in 1 and 2 gear and it quiets down when I pull in the clutch but still can hear a faint tick. After reaching 3k rpm in gear I can not hear it anymore. What could cause this?
Could it be a noisy clutch?
