does anyone have a origanal yamaha touring screen fitted to there fz6 fazer s2 if so are they any good as they are £80 from dealers need to know before shelling out cash ta

Fitted a touring screen in dark tint last year but I thought it was a bit to tall for the bike and it did not look right. Did a really good job thou when it was windy, plus stopped a lot of the rain from hitting me while I was riding the bike. Now I have gone back to a double bubble screen which looks good but does not protect me as much as with the touring screen.

No it was not the Yamaha screen, got it off e-bay the make was Puig which is a very well made screen.

Hi if you want to try it out for much less wonga than new, I've got an original Yamaha touring screen for an 07 - 09 FZ6 S2, one of these:

Got it new from my Yamaha dealer, in good condition now, but used so will sell for £20 list price plus whatever it costs in p&p to get to you.

As you'd expect from Yamaha, fit and look is excellent, does a great job of lifting the wind, rain and cold off you. I'm not using it now only because I'm not doing my usual one hour each way daily commute to work on the motorway.
