FZ6 Definatley a 'niche' bike

I agree with that sentiment -- they are great all around bikes. But also, at least in Canada, they are not rated as sports bikes so the insurance rates are realistic.

I took a check yesterday and for me to upgrade to an FZ1 would more than double my rate!

I see a few now and then, but not many.

Once stopped to get some petrol/gas and when went in to pay, the chap said "that's a nice bike, how much was that £10k".(Honest) He was very surprised when told him actually £4k.

Also get a few "nice bike" now and then. Once had a note left on the bike commenting on my scorpion cans, how nice they looked.

On another forum during a discussion I was told that the FZ6 was "not exactly a poster pin up". Don't understand that at all. But I suppose we all have different taste's. Obviously, his was not very good:D

My Saab is rather rare in my neck of the woods, which I like, but I had to pay thru the nose for the privilege.
The nice thing about the FZ-6 is its rather unique but doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

My Saab blew its turbo last week. Boo hoo
