I wouldn't put it past any government to fully think things through...although I hope they didn't...I wouldn't mind repossessing that lockheed aircraft!!

Other than that small aircraft matter its actually good that they have decided to repay the loan but what I'm wondering is: Is the money that is going to be paid each month actually from the loan given to the government or is that actually profit that the country is making per month. IE: is the country actually getting out of the red zone or is it digging itself in further and possibly requires more of a debt to keep up to date with these newer financial arrangements?
