:rof: An unfortunate situation and a very unfortunate outcome! At 125lbs she has not a thing to worry about. What she should worry about, is what she can do as a passenger to prevent that happening again! The few times I've ever ridden on the back I learned very quickly how to use my leg and core muscles to keep me from headbutting the driver. The passenger needs to be prepared for situations like that and be able to handle them without crushing the person in front of them.

Have you talked to her about hand placement to prevent that? Like reaching around you to support her wieght on the tank? Or using the grab handles to pull her body down into the seat?

I put that soft cabinet antiskid on the seats with spray adhesive. No sliding Steve, and no sliding passenger.
